The manufacturing company only permits the use of their products to those dentists that regularly enroll in national and international postgraduate training courses. The titanium-made implant of the system welds with the human bone so you no longer have to wear a denture and the finished product will give the sensation of real teeth.

Bone replacement
Option 1: Strange substance implant

After losing the upper molars the sinus gets bigger and bigger, that is why chances of implantation diminish month by month. A special operation, the so-called sinus-lift (bone-augmentation) is needed to solve this problem. The balloon-lift method is the most advanced and the gentlest procedure existing for sinus-lift. It is fast and minimizes surgical cuts - thanks to these properties the usual post-operative symptoms are not present anymore.
Option 2: Using your own bone
The jaw-bone can get thin even with the absence of one tooth. This problem can be solved with transplanting a piece of your own bone from another part of the jaw.
What covers the implant? (dental crowns and bridges)
Today a common metal crown with porcelain layer is not satisfactory as it is not realistic, a black line may be seen under it or the gum around it is swollen and bleeding. In order to avoid this, our dentists prepare a so-called shoulder and they place the ceramic crown on this or a bridge manufactured by space technology. This way a perfect restoration takes place, there is no edge of crown sticking out or a threshold, where bacteria can settle down. In justified cases, they apply shells formed from titanium.
Teeth whitening
In the case of the application of the home use system, the process takes one month, but it requires little time input and does not entail disadvantageous formalities. A qualified dental hygienist cleans the teeth, the gum and removes the tartar. Following this the patient is taught the method of using the dental rail with a special, paste-like substance. The patient has to wear the rail for one hour a day for one month. Later, to refresh the effect, the procedure has to be repeated once in three or four months.
Nevertheless, the effect can be achieved more rapidly and efficiently with the so-called 'by the chair' method. With this method, by the application of the "Soft Laser", teeth become several shades whiter within one hour.
Porcelain and ceramic veneers
